Standard shipping within Singapore typically takes 3-5 business days. For international orders to the US and Canada, please allow 7-14 business days for delivery.

Yes. Each Cloudform pillow comes with a compact travel bag designed to attach securely to your luggage handle.

What is the pillow made of?

Cloudform’s outer cover is crafted from a soft, breathable performance blend of polyester and spandex, giving it a smooth stretch and a comfortable, skin-friendly feel. The inner layer uses high-density polyester engineered for durability, structure, and long-lasting freshness — ideal for frequent travellers.

Orders & Returns

Can I modify or cancel my order?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at hello@travelbug.sg. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot make changes.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive your return, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
